During this hike we take you to El Forat de Bérnia, a breathtaking route around Serra de Bérnia. This route undoubtedly has one of the most beautiful views of Alicante. The hiking track of El Forat de Bérnia is a passage of approximately 11km, which leads us through the mountains of the Sierra de Bérnia. It is a natural tunnel through the mountains and a true pearl of our natural heritage dating back to the 16th century. This is a must-see when you are in Spain!
FYI: The route has a medium difficulty level, so you should be in good physical shape to fully enjoy the trip.

Description of the hike
- The route begins at a crossing point on the route CV-749.
- Level of Difficulty: Medium (You should be physically fit)
- Distance: 12 km
- Elevation + 702 meters
- Total approximate time: 4 1/2 hours
- Moving time: 3 hours
Trip Itinerary
09:00 - Leaving Valencia
Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier at the meeting point: AVENIDA ARAGÓN 31 (In front of Mestalla)
11:00 - Arrival
We arrive around 11 AM and we will have a short break to prepare ourself for the hike
12:00 - Starting the route
We will start the hike with a professional guide and have lunch on the top of the mountain
17:30 - End of the hike
After the hike we can have a drink together
19:00 - Returning to Valencia
Around 19:00 we are going back to Valencia
