El Montgó is one of the most famous and impressive mountains in Spain. It goes right into the sea, and for this it was an important orientation point for sailors, who saw its singular silhouette and immediately knew where to go. We will be hiking through an amazing Natural Park, and along the way there will be some beautiful views of the Costa Blanca. Once we reach the very top, it will be even possible to see Ibiza, Formentera and Barcelona.
This is a medium-to-hard hike, so please keep in mind that you should be fit to bear the whole walk. Remember also to wear comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes so you’ll be in the best conditions possible for the day. Don’t forget to bring water and food because it will take around 4/5 hours to finish the hike, so it is important to always have energy. A proffesional guide will accompany us during the whole hike.
