Do you want to meet new people, expats or locals and to practice languages at the same time?
We organize, in collaboration with Valencia Language Exchange, Language Exchange events at the Pub Big Ben, every Monday and Thursday. Join us and take the opportunity to meet new people from different corners of the world, make new contacts and improve your foreign language skills. Save the costs of private language lessons and learn a new language much more efficiently and fun this way. For this special event, you can also play at our famous Yo Quiz! When you get the answer, you need to shout “yo”! At the same time you can enjoy a drink at Big Ben, one of the most popular places among foreigners and locals as well, situated in Placa Honduras, Blasco Ibanez. We are sure you will enjoy it a lot!
How does it work?
First of all, you need to register online beforehand.
When you arrive at Big Ben, one of our coordinators will assign you a table with people who are interested in speaking the same language as you are. Most of the time we mix locals with foreigners – in this way, the Spanish locals can help you with their language and vice versa.
The Yo quiz will take place around 10PM. A slide show will be displayed and each time you know the answer, you must say “yo” as fast and loud as possible! If you have the right answer, you win a shot!
