Letters and Coffee – Valentine’s special!

You can book our events on our website (www.expatsvalencia.com) or at our office in Plaza Honduras 26, from 9:30 – 14:30. 

It is necessary to book in advance, as we cannot guarantee that there will be places available on the day of travel. Also we need to organise the teachers, material and space so places are limited. 

On fridays we organise different creative workshops, such as paint and wine, neon painting and a ceramic workshop. We alternate the workshops every week so that we organise each workshop at least once a month. 

• Up to one week before the event/excursion = 100% refund (cash/credit voucher)
• One week up to 72 hours before the event/excursion = 100% refund in credit voucher 
• Less then 72 hours before the event/excursion = no refund available 

In case of a medical emergency or force majeure (with valid proof), or due to weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled, or the credit voucher will be issued for use within one year. 

Proof of emergency must be submitted before the start of the event.
