Join us on one of the most charming easy level hikes in the Valencian community with old railway lines between Villalonga to Lorcha. We will walk through a riverside forest with the most stunning natural views and have a chance to see ,,Fabrica del Infierno” (The Factory of Hell), which is an old building used as a hydroelectric power station. Crossing Barranc de I´Infern landscape we will finish the route at ,,El Racó del Duc” considered as one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Community.
The lenght of our route is 13 kilometres, so it will take us about 4-5 hours in total. Along this track of easy difficulty, we will pass the Serpis River, the largest in the province of Alicante and we will walk through Barranc de I’Infern, declared as a protected nature reserve. The end of our route will be in the ,,El Racó del Duc” area – rich in natural beauty and much more.

Trip Itinerary
09:00 - Leaving Valencia
Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier at the meeting point: AVENIDA ARAGÓN 31 (In front of Mestalla)
10:30 - Arrival to Lorcha
The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. When we arrive, we have a short break, then we start the hiking.
11:00 - Starting the route
Start of the hike will be at 11:00 and on halfway we make a stop to eat.
16:00 - End of the route
In the end of the route we have the chance to take some drinks together.
17:00 - Returning to Valencia
We meet at 17:00 and take the bus to go back to Valencia. We arrive around 18:30-19:00.
