Bring your team to Valencia without the operational headache
Relocating team members to Spain requires coordinating administrative procedures, housing, schooling, and practical settling-in support — all at once, often under time pressure. Managing this without local knowledge is slow, stressful, and expensive.
We manage the full relocation process for your employees, from paperwork and registration to finding housing and getting them settled into Valencia life. Our goal is a smooth, stress-free transition so your team can be operational from day one.
1. Pre-move planning
Every relocation starts with a clear picture of what needs to happen and in what order. We assess the employee’s situation — nationality, family composition, contract type — and build a realistic timeline. EU and non-EU citizens follow very different administrative paths, and getting the sequencing right from the start avoids delays.
2. Visa and work authorisation
For non-EU employees, the right permit depends on their role and contract structure. Spain’s main routes for corporate relocations include the intra-company transfer permit, the EU Blue Card for highly qualified workers, and the Digital Nomad Visa for remote workers employed by foreign companies. We identify the right route, prepare the dossier, and coordinate with the relevant authorities.

3. NIE and local registration
Every employee moving to Spain needs a NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) — required for signing a lease, opening a bank account, and enrolling children in school. EU citizens also need to register on the Padrón municipal. We handle the appointments, prepare the paperwork, and accompany employees through the process where needed.

4. Housing
Finding a rental in Valencia as a newcomer — without a Spanish rental history or local guarantor — takes more than browsing property portals. Landlords often require proof of income, a guarantor, or several months’ deposit upfront. We help employees navigate the market, shortlist options that match their needs, and review the contract before they sign.

5. Schooling
For employees relocating with children, schools are often the most time-sensitive piece. Valencia has a range of international schools following British or American curricula, as well as Spanish state and semi-private schools with bilingual programmes. We help families understand the options, assess availability, and manage the enrolment process.

6. Banking and health coverage
We guide employees through opening a Spanish bank account and registering with the public health system (Sistema Nacional de Salud) once their Social Security contributions are in place. For companies offering private health insurance as a benefit, we can point you toward the main providers operating in Spain.

7. Settling in
Beyond the paperwork, arriving in a new city with no existing network is disorienting. We provide practical orientation — neighbourhoods, transport, day-to-day services — and connect employees with Valencia’s international community so they feel at home faster.
